Beef Cutlets with Parisian Ham au Gratin

1 package of Tour Eiffel Parisian Cooked Ham (175 g)
250 g flour (1 cup)
3 eggs
375 g Italian bread crumbs (1½ cups)
6 beef cutlets
45 ml olive oil (3 tbsp)
250 ml tomato sauce (1 cup)
90 g green olives (6 tbsp) (optional)
375 ml grated Mozzarella cheese (1½ cups)

  1. Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. Place flour, beaten eggs and bread crumbs in three separate bowls.
  3. Flour cutlets, then dip in the egg and roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and brown cutlets on both sides.
  5. Place cutlets in an oven dish and cover with the sauce, ham, olives and cheese.
  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with pesto pasta or your favourite salad.

Note: Try it with our other varieties of Tour Eiffel Ham (175 g): Country Smoked or Black Forest Smoked.
