Creamy Pasta with Vegetable Poultry Mousse and White Wine

||package of Tour Eiffel Healthy Sélection Vegetable Poultry Mousse (150 g)
||spaghetti (1 package)
||olive oil (2 tbsp)
||chopped garlic cloves
||white wine (¼ cup)
||35% cream (1 cup)
||chopped parsley (¼ cup)
- Cook pasta according to directions on package.
- Meanwhile lightly sauté garlic in the olive oil. Add the white wine and Poultry Mousse. Then add the cream, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste). Stir over low heat until well blended.
- Reduce sauce to the desired consistency.
- Serve immediately.
