Gourmet Verrines with Pork & Turkey Rillettes

||package of Tour Eiffel Pork & Turkey Rillettes (150 g)
||chopped parsley (1 tbsp)
||Dijon mustard (1½ tsp)
||chopped pickles (5 tbsp)
||tomato, seeded and chopped into small pieces
||capers (1 tbsp)
- In a bowl, combine the rillettes, parsley and mustard.
- Place 5 verrines on the cutting board. Separate the ingredients equally and begin layering: pickles, rillettes, tomatoes, capers. Garnish each verrine with a basil leaf.
- Ready to serve.
